How to pick a nicotine pouch strength

Pouch strength is the nicotine in one pouch, in milligrams. Across the brands we carry it runs from 2mg to 15mg, and it falls into three bands:

• Low, 2mg to 4mg: On! 2mg and 4mg, and Lucy 4mg.

Lucy makes two kinds of pouch. The standard ones (Cinnamon, Wintergreen, Mint, Mango, Apple Ice) work like any other pouch. The Breakers flavors (Mint, Apple Ice, Mango, Berry Citrus, Espresso and Apple Cider Breakers) have a small flavor capsule inside.
