Yes. Michigan sales tax is added at checkout at 6 percent, and you see the exact figure before you pay. A few items are non taxable and the checkout works that out for you.

Online we take Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not take Mastercard online. If a Mastercard is the only card you have, the shops take credit card or cash at the counter.

We ship across the United States. The banner at the top of every page carries the current list: we are not shipping vape and nicotine products to Maine, New York, California or Virginia. Not sure about your order? Call any of our shops.

21. Everything we sell is for adults 21 and over, the website checks your age before you can browse, and the shops check ID at the door. There is no way around it and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

No. Online orders are shipped, not collected: you cannot pick one up at the warehouse or at a shop. What you can do is walk into any of our shops and buy at the register. Same brands, same prices, and somebody there can set the device up with you before you leave.

Our shipping policy has the full timings. The short version: orders are packed within one to two business days and collected by the courier the next business day, and domestic deliveries take one to fifteen business days after that depending on where you are and which service you picked. The shipping department does not run on weekends or holidays, so a Friday order is picked up on Monday.

Most new, unopened items can go back within 15 days of delivery. If the mistake was ours you do not pay the return shipping. The conditions, the restocking fee and how to start a return are all on the returns and shipping page.
